Earle Page College Coast Run The APC Charities and Arts Committee fundraises for the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

Since its commencement 45 years ago, the committee has raised significant funds for CMRI and has become a huge part of the culture and community within UNE. rch Institute (CMRI) in Sydney. The Earle Page College Coast Run is a well-recognised event in Armidale and Coffs Harbour. The run commences from Earle Page College, Armidale, passing through Dorrigo and finishing at the Coffs Harbour, taking two days to travel 220km. The 2015 Coast Run will commence on 14th of August, starting at around 7.30am. The runners complete one kilometre relay-style runs as far as Dorrigo, where there is an overnight stop. On Saturday the 15th of August the run continues to the Coffs Harbour Jetty. Since its commencement 36 years ago, the Earle Page College Coast Run has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the CMRI and has become a significant part of the culture and community that Armidale has fostered, especially through the donations from various businesses in Australia, community leaders and the wider Armidale community!

As 2025 begins, we are reflecting on an incredible year filled with achievements and community spirit in support of the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

Here are just a few of our proudest moments from 2024:
- Hosted unforgettable charity events such as our CHARTS Dinner and Fashion Parade.
- Through a lot of hard work, we were able to get Coast Run back on the road again.
- Organised and directed the highly successful musical, Mamma Mia!
- Organised Rainbow Run which raised funds for BackTrack.

Thank you to all those who donated, participated and cheered us on throughout the year!

In 2025, we hope to continue building on these achievements and create even more opportunities to make a difference.
