PLANTS FOR SALE
You may have noticed that some time ago we started selling plants, pots and seeds at our thrift store in Ararat.
These are all donated and some are grown by staff, volunteers and the general public.
If you would like to be part of this, we welcome any pots, plants or cuttings.

Yarn Bombing
In May this year Kris our Ararat Thrift Shop Manager came up with the idea of yarn bombing. If you were like me you may never have heard of this. Everyone is invited to participate in our garden theme
bombing. The thrift shop has patterns and wool or you can create your own. One person is crocheting bees and bugs, another is making flowers etc. Go and have a chat to the Ararat Thrift shop staff if you are interested. You can attach the pieces yourself or ask staff at the counter to help you.
Your welcomed to have a look at our display as you walk into the thrift store. We hope the community will participate in this activity and enjoy watching our yarn garden grow.

WILD FLOWER, MEADOW AND LAWN
We are so excited to have Rebecca with us who is a horticulturist and is willing to beautify our garden, meadow and lawn area in Ararat.
We have an area put aside for anyone who would like to have a look at the plan of what Rebecca is going to achieve and questions or comments are most welcomed.
