We recently organised our first women’s instructor course in gliding, resulting in three new certified instructors for Gliding Australia: one new Level 2 instructor and two new Level 1 instructors. Special thanks to Jenny Thompson, Dave Mcllroy, and Michael Vince for their contributions!

34 flights were had by many girls and women at Soaring in the hills events!! Many of them want to join gliding.. A massive thanks to Victorian Soaring Association for collaboration on this initiative. Special thanks to Mark Bland, Phil Henderson, Ollie and Noah Tanzen from Alpine Soaring for all the help on the airfield... y'all are awesome!!! 🥳🤩
