🚗🔧 Important Info for Vehicle Entrants – Bump In & Bump Out 🔧🚗

With so many incredible cars rolling in for the Appin Wheels Festival 2025, safety is our number one priority. To keep everyone safe and to help traffic flow smoothly, please take note of our bump in / bump out instructions:

✅ Bump In: Vehicles must arrive at the timeslot they booked [8:00am | 8:30am | 9:00am] and follow the directions of marshals when entering the grounds.
✅ During the Event: For safety, vehicles cannot be moved once parked until the official bump out time.
✅ Bump Out: Vehicles can leave from 3pm and follow the directions of marshals.
