Development Application to be lodged.

Telstra have advised that a Development Application for the new tower will be lodged with the Break O’Day Council in the coming weeks.

MAJOR UPDATE!

Telstra have chosen a site for the new tower, near Connection Cove.

They are putting in a lease application to the land owner.

Exciting times!

Aerial Survey

Telstra advise that a technician will be conducting aerial drone surveys early January 2026. This is in relation to the positioning of a tower at Ansons Bay in support of the Black Spot initiative.

As discussed earlier, we are continuing to explore a suitable mobile site solution. While we have made significant progress, we’ve also encountered and worked through multiple challenges along the way.
