The 2027 Barossa Vintage Festival Parade will move from its traditional morning timeslot to the afternoon, departing Tanunda at approximately 3pm on Saturday 24 April and arriving in Nuriootpa between 5pm and 5.30pm.

We know the Parade means a lot to people across the region. It has been part of the Barossa calendar for generations, creating memories and bringing families, friends and community groups together. We appreciate the passion people have for this much-loved tradition and the feedback we’ve received since the change was announced.

The decision was not made lightly. Protecting the future of the Festival as it celebrates its 80th anniversary means respecting the traditions that have shaped it, while also being willing to evolve and try new things as the Barossa changes.

We want the Vintage Festival to continue bringing the community together and welcoming visitors to the Barossa for generations to come.
