Our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) is coming up next week and we will be seeking new members to take on executive roles to give our current team a well earnt break. Have a think about taking on a new role and investing some time in our wonderful school.

As previously advised, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Amamoor State School P&C Association will be held on:

School Undercover Area

At the AGM, all executive officer positions (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) will be declared vacant and elections will be conducted. The annual reports and financial statements will also be presented.

We encourage all members of our school community to attend and be involved in shaping the year ahead.

On the agenda are fundraising ideas for 2026, as well as plans for a Term 1 welcome event for new students and parents. We would love your input and feedback on these initiatives.

You are also warmly invited to attend our AGM on 12th March at 9:00am. It would be wonderful to see as many members as possible as we move into a new year for the P&C.
