That's right - the installation of the Alphington Community Battery is not far off!

We're getting excited, and we'd love to have a chat to you about the Village Power Community Energy Program at one of our upcoming Q&A sessions:

- Sunday, 29th March, 11.00am at the Alphington Farmers' Market

- Tuesday, 2nd April, 7.30am at the Alphington Community Centre

Some exciting news from Village Power - we've officially launched our Community Art Project!

Village Power is inviting Expressions of Interest from local artists to create a large-scale artwork to be vinyl-wrapped around a new community battery in Alphington.

The Community Art Project aims to:

- Present the battery as modern, shared community infrastructure

- Reflect public ownership and participation

- Celebrate local climate action

- Connect the project to the people, place and culture of Alphington and Fairfield
