HIRE INFORMATION FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
ALLENDALE NORTH COMMUNITY RESERVE

GENERAL:

CLEANING REQUIREMENTS:
• The hirer is to provide own cleaning products.
• Please leave the Shed and ALL facilities clean, neat and tidy after use.
• Floors need to be swept (broom or air broom) with any spills moppe

d or spot cleaned.
• Kitchen benches and equipment to be wiped clean.
• Chairs and tables to be clean and stored in original locations.
• Rubbish to be bagged and put in wheelie(s) bin provided. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
• The Hirer must complete and provide a COVID Safe Plan as required by South Australian Government.
• Hand sanitiser and appropriate cleaning products must be provided by the Hirer for use of attendees.
• A First Aid kit must be provided by the Hirer and be placed in a readily accessible location.
• All hire fees (including the bond) to be paid in full within 7 days prior to date of hire.
• The bond will be refunded upon suitable inspection, including acceptable clean-up of the services.
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITHIN 6 MTRS OF ANY COVERED AREA OR COMBUSTIBLE GROUND COVER. Use Butt containers provided.
• Fires or fired barbeques are PROHIBITED. Gas or Electric BBQ’s acceptable.
• Vehicle parking is NOT permitted on any part of the Premises. Setup & wrap-up times excepted.
• The Hirer is responsible for the safety of guests and other persons who may attend.
• All external and toilet lighting must be switched ON after nightfall.
• Under no circumstances is alcohol to be sold on the premises.
• Alcohol is not to be served on the premises without an appropriate Liquor Licence being obtained for the event or activity – as may be required.
• The Hirer must ensure that all amplified music or noise ends by midnight (00.00 hrs).
• Functions must end by 1am (01.00 hrs)
• Setting out and packing up of tables and chairs is to be done by the Hirer.
• Wall decorations or other items may be used but must be completely removed prior to hand back.
• Please do not drag any furniture across the floor.
• The cost to replace any equipment removed from the Premises will be recovered from the Hirer.
• Wheelie Bins are found on the eastern side, behind the Shed.
• All lights and electrical appliances must be switched off before leaving the Premises
• The Allendale Community Group Inc. (ANCG) accepts NO responsibility in any way for any property of the Hirer, guests or other attendees. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
