AGM 27th September

If there’s no objections we will lock in the 27th of September for the AGM.
The 2026 will not include presentation of the audited financial report (because change to the EOFY, committee chose to conduct extended audit spanning 18 months rather than 6 months and it will be presented at the 2027 AGM).
Elections of all committee positions and any other business as covered under clause 46 will still proceed.
All positions are available.

Last week, we were incredibly proud to receive an award from the Chamber of Commerce NT Central Australia for our May Poddy School.

A huge thank you to our valued sponsors, volunteers and supporters who work behind the scenes to make Poddy School possible.

This award isn’t just for our committee and organisation. It belongs to the kids and families who get involved and make Poddy School what it is. We’re so lucky to have such a wonderful community supporting the next generation of agriculture.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of it!!

Thank you to our committee member Sarah for collecting the award on our behalf!

❤️ WEAR IT RED ❤️

Grab a ticket, dress up and come have a great night at Bojangles — all while supporting Rural & Remote Education!

This is a night for everyone in Central Australia to come together, have some fun and celebrate the people and communities that make our region so special.

We want to see the whole lot of you there — governesses, truck drivers, teachers, baristas, station hands, managers and owners, small business staff, townies, bushies and everyone in between.

Basically, if you’re in Central Australia and you’d like a good excuse to get dressed up, get out for the night and support rural and remote education… this one’s for you!

And ladies, let’s be honest… how often do we actually get the chance to wear a dress and heels in Alice Springs? 👠😂

Let this be your excuse!

Bojangles have planned a beautiful dinner, there’ll be prizes to be won, music, dancing and plenty more to make it a night worth getting dressed up for.
