🌎 Today is the United Nations 25th anniversary of International Mother Language Day, celebrating a quarter-century of efforts to preserve linguistic diversity and promote mother tongues.

🤔 Did you know that nearly 1 in 4 Australians speak a language other than English*?

💻 We have a large collection of Languages other than English resources that include free articles, videos and picture guides. Our resources can be used by families and professionals working with families and includes topics such as daily care, nutrition, sleep, child disability and more.

🗺️ Languages supported include; Arabic, Auslan, Burmese, Cantonese, Dari, Dinka, Hakha Chin, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Mandarin, Nuer, Persian, Simplified Chinese, Sudanese Arabic, Swahili, Tamil, Turkish and Vietnamese.

💕 The first Baby on Board pregnancy group meet up for 2025 will be this Saturday 22nd February, from 10am here in the Birth and Beyond office

This group is a casual catch up for all expecting families perfect for sharing and celebrating all that is to come, as well as a great chance to meet other local parents.

Page 27 will also be open, so grab a treat, and come down to our office in Fan Arcade.
