🎉 Last weekend, the Mabuhay Multicultural Association proudly took part once again in the annual Big Day Out in Harmony celebration! 🌏✨

Our talented Filipino community members not only showcased their incredible talents but also shared the richness of Filipino culture through traditional folk dances. 💃🇵🇭 The audience was treated to two beautiful and iconic performances from the Filipino community — the graceful Cariñosa ❤️ and the lively Itik-Itik 🦆.

Through music, dance, and community spirit, we continue to celebrate diversity, promote cultural understanding, and keep our Filipino traditions alive. 🌺🎶

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and cheered us on throughout the day. Your enthusiasm and dedication made this event truly special! 🙌❤️

If you've met her, chances are you've enjoyed one of her delicious meals, heard one of her funny stories, or experienced her generous hospitality.

Our Mabuhay President and founder (since 1989), long-time Alice Springs resident, and 2025 Centralian Senior Citizen of the Year shares a glimpse of her journey, her love for helping people, and the joy she finds in bringing communities together through food, friendship, and service.

Her heart for others knows no boundaries, and her kindness has touched people from many different cultures and backgrounds. We are truly grateful for all that she has done and continues to do for our community. ❤️
