Our group fitness timetable loves a glow up, so we took the opportunity from your feedback to make a couple of tweaks to the program.
🚴🏿♀️We have added a new 30min Sprint Class to your Friday lunchtime. Starting this week at 12:15.
🕛The 9am Friday Bodystep class is extending to a full 55min class, get your glutes ready!
💤 The Friday 9:45am Core class is going to take a little hiatus but is very likely to make an appearance somewhere on the timetable again very soon.
💃For all the Zumba lovers your Saturday morning class is going to begin 15minutes earlier at 11:30am.
🧘♀️ Beginning this Saturday Yoga will be added to the rotation of our Strength and Mindful Movement class at 8:15am.
