This August we are celebrating 30 years of Bodypump Instructor training here in Australia. 🏋🏾‍♀️ What makes this exciting is that our own YMCA was the first venue to host the training and Rowie was there for it. 🏋🏾‍♀️
💪In August our Bodypump instructors are bringing you their favourite retro tracks.
💪Plus we have 30 free Bodypump class passes to give away to non-members, available at the front reception desk.
