This week at Playgroup we made lemon slice! The children all picked a lemon from the backyard to squeeze and took turns crushing, mixing, scooping, spreading, and eventually eating 😍 They even got to take some home to share with their family. It was delicious!

Next week is our last regular playgroup session for the term, however we may run some special school holiday sessions - To be confirmed!

We have very generously been donated some paint, plants, and other supplies from Bunnings to give our cubby house a glow-up so we will get started on that this week at playgroup - wear your painting clothes!

I am also starting to think about what resources or supplies we might need for next term - the $4 session fee is what covers this so please remember to keep up to date with this as it means we can do more fun stuff with our kids 😊

We are looking for people/groups who would like to utilize the amazing space at playgroup house in Alice Springs! This National Volunteer Week, we proudly celebrate the incredible volunteers- parents, carers, family & community members/ organisations who support Playgroup NT, including our Board.

If anyone has anything that could be added to a music wall - can you please bring to playgroup over the next couple of sessions so we can make something like this?! 😍 metal/wooden drum sticks/utensils, pots, pans, xylophones etc.

Playgroup is on tomorrow (Wednesday) 9.30-11.30am.

On Thursday we also have a playgroup for rural & isolated families running at playgroup house from 9.30 - 11.30am.
