Girl Guides isn’t just about doing activities — it’s about girls being at the centre of their own experiences. In Guiding, girls are encouraged to choose, plan and carry out their own activities and adventures — with support from adult Leaders who guide and mentor, rather than make decisions for them. 
🔹 Girl-Led in action looks like:
✨ Girls choosing what activities they want to do
✨ Girls planning camps, games, service projects and community activities
✨ Girls making decisions together as a team
✨ Leaders supporting, listening and helping skills grow — not dictating the plan 
This approach helps girls:

💛 Learn to make decisions and solve problems
💛 Take responsibility for their own learning and achievements
