Sport Albury Wodonga Sport Albury Wodonga was established to promote young up and coming sports competitors. Its prime event is the annual Young Achievers Awards Night.

Sport Albury Wodonga was formed in December 2006 by a community committee of sports minded volunteers. Their vision was to continue to run the Young Achiever Awards, which was established as a key event of the Albury Wodonga Festival of Sport. The awards night is run annually by Sport Albury Wodonga, with vital sponsorship from Joss Group, which offers financial assistance to the overall winner wh

o is judged on their sporting achievements over the past 12 months. Nominations are received towards the end of each calendar year, with 12 finalists selected and the winner announced at a gala presentation night in March.

2027 will be the Sport Albury Wodonga 30th Joss Young Achiever Award. Who will be our 30th Joss Young Achiever, Nominations are now open until the 8th December 2026. You can nominate by going to our Web site www.sportalburywodonga.com.au.

The awards night will be held on the 19th February 2027 at the Commercial Club Albury.

Nominations are now being taken for the 2026 Joss Young Achiever. Nomination can be done by heading to www.sportalburywodonga.com.au and click on the nomination link.
Nominations close on the 8th December 2025 with the awards night on the 20th February 2026 at the Commercial Club.
