Westside Community Centre is launching our first Life Skills Workshop, focused on Money Management and Budgeting.

This practical workshop will support participants to build everyday skills around managing money, understanding spending habits, setting a budget, and making informed financial decisions.

The workshop is designed to be simple, supportive and useful for everyday life.

Westside Community Centre is proud to be hosting the Rhythm2Recovery 2-Day Facilitator Training in Albury/Wodonga on 20–21 August.

This evidence-based training supports professionals working across health, education and community services to use music and rhythmic activities to build:
• Emotional regulation
• Communication skills
• Trust and connection
• Confidence and resilience
• Healthy relationships and teamwork

No previous music experience is required.

This training is ideal for those working in:
• Youth work
• Mental health
• Education
• Community services
• Family support
• Behavioural support
• Trauma-informed practice
