Showcasing a variety of Christmas trees elaborately decorated to get us into the spirit of Christmas.

Thankyou to everyone that decorated trees, donated funds, came to see, helped set up, helped pack up and made the day the fun that it was. A very big special thanks to Tate’s farm, for the fantastic cow tree, Calderwood Prep for the beautiful wooden tree, Girls brigade with their personalised craft baubles and craft table, Girl Guides with their beautiful elves, Southern Strollers ( who would have thought you could make a tree out of thongs ??), Operation Christmas child, Kids Church, and many others for your craftsmanship and imaginative trees. Thankyou to Madie for manning the stall, Julie for supplying the amazing nativity set, and finally, a big shout out to Albion Park CWA for the amazing morning tea !! See you again next year ! Time to get your thinking caps on. If you would like to be involved next year, drop us a message ! Merry Christmas everyone

6 sleeps until the Christmas tree extravaganza !!
Come and see the exciting, unusual, and hilarious Christmas trees decorated for your enjoyment.
Our master decorators include teams from Girls Brigade, Girl Guides, Calderwood Christian school prep, Southern Kids Church, Medieval club, just to name a few. Albion Park CWA will be hosting refreshments on the day, and there will be a mini market stall.
Where ?? Former Tongarra Museum
Russell st, Albion Park
When ? Saturday 7th December
Time ? 9am-4pm ( this allows time for you to visit before or after your Christmas shopping !)
Cost? Gold coin donation
Don’t forget to also bring gold coins to vote for your favourite tree, and help support local charities.

So, What is a “Christmas tree Extravaganza ?” It’s an opportunity for local clubs and organisations to showcase their decorated trees. Why do this ?? To bring festive joy to the community by giving us the opportunity to come and admire the talent of others in sharing the spirit of christmas. (And we can copy ideas of others !)
Don’t forget to mark your calendar, 7th December , 9-4pm at the Former Tongarra Museum , where you can see this tree transformed from bland to grand !!
