9465. Rotary District 9465 came into being in July 2010 as the outcome of a Rotary International initiative amending the structure of Rotary in Western Australia to enhance administration and improve the support for clubs and Rotarians. Description
Rotary District 9465 is one of two Rotary Districts serving clubs and Rotarians in Western Australia. District 9465 serves the southern part of WA. and District 9455 serves the north of the state. There are 51 Rotary clubs and 3 Rotaract clubs in District 9465. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
