Look what a glorious day it was yesterday giving rides to the “Hot Wheels” group at Emu Point! So proud of Russell for persevering with his transfer to have a ride for the first time! Problem solved! Massive shout out to the City of Albany for installing this fence today to ensure this path on our route is clear for trishaws, bikes, wheelchairs and gophers by removing car blockages and trimming the shrubs! Thank you to the City for this access and inclusion improvement!

Summer is here in Albany so we took 3 Trishaws out to collect Gwen Hardie Lodge residents for a ride along the Emu Point scenic bike path. In all 12 residents enjoyed laughter, fresh air, and views of the coast. Next week Annie Bryson lodge residents are our passengers and guests for a special outing!
