H.T.L.R. 4x4 Local Albany 4wd enthusiast club All fourby owners are welcome. We wish to start looking after our tracks, and keeping them open.

We would like to get in touch with people that wish to accompany us on the odd four wheel drive weekend, weather it be a day trip some where out of town, or a weekend trip away. In saying this we wish to get in contact with the DEC to know just what tracks and areas are off limits so we can avoid the confrontation of the news and getting a bad name
