🎵 On 10 September, head to Croydon Bowling Club to enjoy a social lunch along with exercises and music. It's the perfect opportunity to catch-up with friends.

🚌🍕 This month's Bus Trip will take us to the CBD as we tour the Adelaide Central Markets. Explore the labyrinth of local stores with friends, followed by a traditional lunch of Italian goodness at Lucia's Pizza and Spaghetti Bar. We'll depart from Croydon Bowling Club not long after 9:00am, and return at 3:30pm. Please bring walking aids and comfortable closed shoes for walking.

🎲 For 24 September, we'll enjoy a great time with friends over a social lunch, followed by a fun fitness session to get moving and games to activate your competitive spirit.

People Behind The Care 🗨️💛 Special Edition

👋 Over the past few weeks we asked some of our Support Workers what inspired them to work in aged care, when they knew they had made a difference, and what they would like to say to the community. These are their words.

Some have been with us for a few months, others for more than 25 years. Across the Murray Mallee, Adelaide Hills and metro Adelaide, they are part of a much larger team showing up for people every day.
