Talking, reading or singing to your baby can be a beautiful way to build connection during pregnancy.

Even small moments like these can help you feel closer and more in tune with your baby. 🦋

A big thank you to the City of Prospect for supporting today’s incredible event 🤍

We had the opportunity to connect with expectant mothers from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, sharing our safe pregnancy resources and having meaningful conversations.

Being able to engage directly with families, listen to their experiences and share safer pregnancy information in a meaningful way is at the heart of what we do 🦋

Sleeping on your side from 28 weeks of pregnancy is recommended for a safer pregnancy 🤍

Research shows that going to sleep on your side can help reduce the risk of stillbirth. If you wake up on your back, don’t worry, simply turn back onto your side.

Small habits can make a difference when it comes to your baby’s safety and wellbeing.

Our Mandarin pregnancy resources are developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals, cultural advisors and communities. These resources help ensure safer pregnancy information is accessible, culturally respectful and meaningful for families from diverse backgrounds.
