Our Walk N Talk is a chance to step away from the everyday demands of caring, get some fresh air, recharge and connect with other carers who understand the heart journey.

We’re close to the WCH, so parents and carers currently staying at the hospital are especially welcome to join us if you're able to step away for a little while.

There’s no formal agenda, just a light walk, conversation and connection in a supportive, social setting. 💙
