All of You(th) is a social enterprise that exists to create a new service and products to assist young people to access work in the digital economy and to develop the skills to create their own products and services.
In 2016, the CSIRO released a report on 'Tomorrow’s Digitally Enabled Workforce.' This report details the importance of digital workforce skills and the potential for these skills
to be a social enabler, as well as providing additional opportunites for entry into the workforce.
Some young people are missing out on getting these essential skills due to gender, class and cultural background. We exist to help all young people get the digital skills they need.The future of work is digital, but not all young people have access to the kind of training and opportunities that will help them to thrive in this new economy.
Young people have stories to tell and they want to tell them now. Digital media, technology development and data science create opportunities for young people to tell their stories and share their messages with their peers. We exist to help young people tell their stories.
We hear of young people creating multi-million dollar start-ups from their bedrooms. While not all young people are going to create the next Facebook they can earn extra income from their skills and talents while they are young. We exist to help young people earn as they learn.
We provide digital, data and creative services to youth-focussed organisations and businesses to help them connect with young people online. Our services are provided by young people who are paid for their work as they learn the skills that they need for a future digital career. The co-founders have a genuine interest in collaborative methodologies including co-design, living labs, LEAN start-up, social innovation and program evaluation.
