The lost, and victims of disaster: Through the development and deployment of operational canine search teams that meet the highest possible standards of training and certification. To our user agencies: Through the provision of a capability that at all times strives to uphold the principles of best practice and compliance with defined user

agency policies and procedures. To our membership: Through the provision of appropriate training and to the best of our abilities ensure the provision of a safe working environment. To our canines: Through the use of appropriate animal husbandry practices and best practice training methods, and a commitment to never deploy canine teams into an environment that they are not adequately trained or experienced enough to handle.

Today, we’re proud to introduce the newest addition to our team… Search and Rescue Cat Cupid.

Cats have impressive capabilities in the field:
🐱 A sense of smell estimated to be up to 14x stronger than humans
🐱 Exceptional balance and agility, able to navigate unstable rubble and tight spaces with ease
🐱 The ability to access areas too small or dangerous for human crews
