đź’™ Early intervention can make a difference.

For Australians living with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, accessing the right support early can be difficult. Too often, people face delays in diagnosis, limited treatment options, and fragmented care.

At Bridges & Pathways, we believe Australians deserve access to early intervention, prevention, informed care, and ongoing support—wherever they live.

Better access means earlier support.
Earlier support means people don't have to navigate their journey alone.

Everyone deserves the opportunity for better care, from the beginning. 🌿

The ME Association has approved a 12-month no cost extension to the ME/CFS Research Criteria study, led by Professor Leonard Jason from DePaul University, in Chicago.

The team are busy analysing the data generated by the 2025 international survey which was completed by more than 4,000 people (with ME/CFS, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, and advocates).

Given the scale of the dataset and the importance of ensuring robust analysis, the ME Association has agreed that additional time will strengthen the final output and maximise the impact of the work.

This will allow the research team the time they need to publish the scoping review and prepare the survey data and its qualitative content for publication.
