KING’S LUNCHEON 2026 || We welcomed our King’s old scholars back for the annual King’s Luncheon, held this year at Norwood Football Club.

It was a fantastic afternoon of reconnection, stories and laughter, with guests sharing plenty of fond memories from their time at King’s.

We were also privileged to hear from our special guest speakers, Basil Sellers AO (1954) and Rex Sellers OAM (1956), who shared their stories and reflections with those in attendance.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the 2026 King’s Luncheon another memorable occasion.

House Pickleball 2026 || As part of this year’s Old Scholars Week, Old Scholars returned to the KCLC to take to the court alongside current Year 10 students for an afternoon of House Pickleball.

There was plenty of friendly House rivalry, some surprisingly strong competition and, perhaps most importantly, a few Old Scholars reminding the students that they’ve still got it!

Beyond the competition, it was a fantastic opportunity for our students to connect with Old Scholars, share plenty of laughs and create memories and connections across generations of the Pembroke community.

A big thank you to The Social Pickle for running the session. You can find them on Instagram at , with sessions running Saturday and Sunday in St Morris.

Here are some photos from the InU 50 Year Anniversary celebration, held at the Marryatville Hotel on 13 September.

The event brought together former members of the Pembroke Choral Society and the wider InU community to celebrate 50 years of music, memories and friendship.

A special highlight was having eight founding members from 1976 in attendance, alongside generations of members who have been part of InU’s story over the past five decades.

A wonderful celebration of a significant milestone!

Congratulations to the Pembroke Old Scholars Soccer Club B-Grade, who lifted the B-Grade Cup on Saturday following a hard-fought 1-0 win over Rostrevor!

A fantastic achievement and a great way to finish the season. Congratulations to all the players, coaches and supporters involved. 👏

Commiserations also to the A-Grade, who went incredibly close in their A-Grade Cup Final against Port Adelaide Pirates, with the scores locked at 2-2 at the end of play before losing on penalties.

A great effort from both sides and a fantastic achievement to have two teams competing in Cup Finals on the same day. Congratulations to everyone involved! 🏆
