For the whole month, customers can donate online or in-store to support OzHarvest feed people in need.

No one should have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pet!

OzHarvest Founder .kahn spotted James warming up in the kitchen ahead of CEO CookOff — a night where leaders swap the boardroom for the kitchen, cook alongside some of Australia’s best chefs, connect with their community and create meaningful change.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to perfect your cooking skills before you arrive. You’ll have incredible chefs from across the country guiding you every step of the way as you prepare meals to share with members of the community.

We’re back this October and November in 8 locations around Australia, and we’re looking for leaders with big hearts and a strong sense of purpose (just like James) to roll up their sleeves and join us.

Every $1 raised helps deliver 2 meals to people who need them most.

The incredible people at the SA Power Networks Employee Foundation have just gifted OzHarvest SA $10,000 — funds raised entirely through the generosity of everyday employees at SA Power Networks and Enerven, who give through payroll donations and fundraising, pay after pay. This isn't a corporate cheque — it's hundreds of individual staff members choosing to give back to their community. 🙏

That gift will help us rescue and deliver 20,000 meals to South Australians doing it tough. 🍽️🚚

SA Power Networks and Enerven employees have stood beside OzHarvest SA for years, and this latest gift is just the newest chapter in a long and treasured partnership. We couldn't do what we do without generous people like you. 💚

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the crew from Fragile to Agile in our OzHarvest Kitchen, Hindmarsh SA, for a Cooking for a Cause session 🥕👩‍🍳

Instead of trust falls and awkward icebreakers, this team chopped, cooked and plated up meals that went straight to Aussies doing it tough. That's teamwork that actually means something 💛

🎵 Creativity and music is a medicine all of its own. Thank you so much to the guys from Leaver & Son Pianos for their generous donation of a piano! 🎹

Along with our wonderful volunteer Guenter, a request was made and fulfilled within 3 days!!! ⏱️

This 100 year old piano from New York 🗽 is getting another life in our operations as it is played by staff, volunteers and guests of our space. 🙌

The first song played on it was 'Piano Man' 🎶 - of course.

💛 What a morning! A handful of our OzHarvest SA team headed down to CHATS - Community Help And Togetherness today to lend a hand at their weekly Friday breakfast service in Port Adelaide.

Over 100 guests were served a warm, hearty breakfast — and many took home groceries and other much-needed essentials too. 🍳🥖

It's such a proud moment getting to volunteer alongside one of the incredible agencies we support, and to see first-hand the amazing ways they distribute the good, nutritious food we rescue and deliver. Moments like these are a beautiful reminder of why this work matters. 💛

A huge thank you to our Proud Supporter SIG Group for running a Winter Food Drive, collecting staple pantry items for our community. 🙌

Thanks to their generosity, 222 people will receive a meal they otherwise may not have had. 💛

This is exactly what being a Proud Supporter is all about — bringing your whole team along the journey with us, turning everyday actions into real impact for people doing it tough. Thank you, SIG! 🌟
