We deliver purpose-built homes that empower individuals to live independently and thrive in inclusive communities. Access 2 Place Housing is an independent, not-for-profit community housing organisation established to supply and maintain appropriate housing for South Australians living with a disability across the State, including metropolitan Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, Port Pirie, Millicent and M

urray Bridge. Helping some of the state’s most vulnerable citizens, the organisation was specifically created to provide affordable, accessible and appropriate housing throughout South Australia for people living with a disability.

After more than eight years with Access 2 Place, today we say a very fond farewell to our Office Manager, Rachel Colls, as she begins her next chapter.

Throughout her time with A2P, Rachel has shown tremendous dedication, commitment and loyalty to the organisation. Her strong work ethic, knowledge of the business and determination to see things done well have made a lasting contribution to Access 2 Place and the tenants we serve.

Rachel, thank you for everything you have given to A2P over the years. You have played an important part in our journey, and we wish you every success and happiness for whatever comes next.

We’re bringing our next TEN Tenant Bowling Day to Mount Gambier, and we’d love for our local Access 2 Place tenants to join us!

Come along for a fun and relaxed afternoon of bowling, connection and a little friendly competition with other tenants and members of the Access 2 Place team.

We have some great news to share 😃!

Access 2 Place Housing has been recognised at the Community Housing Industry Association of South Australia - Excellence in Community Housing Awards 2026. 🏆

Our Property Development & Asset Maintenance Team won the Excellence in Community Housing award for their work delivering a purpose-built home tailored to a tenant’s needs, choices and goals.

We’re also proud of Dave Centofanti, who was named Runner-Up – Inspirational Team Member. Dave is a valued part of A2P, known for his kindness, humour and dedication to our tenants.

Key areas include:

• Rent reviews, arrears and revenue recovery
• Budgeting, forecasting and reporting

Members of the Access 2 Place team were proud to join Junction Australia NAIDOC Week celebration last week.

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and recognise the history, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year’s theme, “50 Years of Deadly,” honours five decades of strength, resilience, culture and community.

What a fantastic day we had at our Salisbury Bowling Day as part of the Access 2 Place Tenant Engagement Network!

A big thank you to everyone who came along, joined in, shared a laugh and helped make the day a success. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, as well as some new ones, coming together for a fun and relaxed afternoon.
