DOME’s Story

DOME is a community-based not-for-profit Employment Support organisation that has been offering services to mature age unemployed people for over 38 years. Originally started by a group of volunteers who saw the need to support mature aged job seekers and combat the discrimination they faced when trying to gain employment. We have a number of paid staff but still rely heavily on our volunteers. The organisation is supported by funding from the Government of South Australia, other grants and donations.
