💪✨ Moving, connecting, and thriving!

Our CHSP seniors enjoyed a refreshing Chi Ball Exercise Session focused on gentle movement, relaxation and wellbeing. The smiles continued over lunch, where participants warmed up with delicious Chuchura dumpling soup, perfect for the cold weather. An insightful and meaningful session bringing our seniors together to learn about the importance of compassion, dignity, and support during times of loss 🤍

In collaboration with Al Salam Funeral Services, participants gained a deeper understanding of the Islamic funeral process, from preparation and Janazah prayer to burial and family support services. The session also highlighted the vital role of community connection, care, and standing beside families through difficult times. A meaningful reminder on the importance of preparing for the hereafter through forgiveness, charity, writing wills and leaving behind acts of kindness that continue to benefit others.

Thank you Sr Filzah and Br Masud for sharing your knowledge and experiences with our seniors.
