LACS Network started in 2023 as an initiative to provide artists with Latin arts inspiration to develop networks, show skills, and develop the tools in order to share artistic abilities with the rest of the Australian and international communities.

Greetings to Our Community in South Australia and Beyond,

The Latin Arts Community Support Network would like to thank you for your support and congratulate all our Latin Artists in South Australia for the extraordinary 14 art pieces presented at the First ever Latin Arts Exhibition in South Australia, in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Migrant and Refugee Week 2026, marking 75 years since the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention.

It was a tough decition to decide the winner, as every one of our Latin artists deserved to win, presenting very beautiful, inspiring, and symbolic pieces of arts inspired by love, cultural heritage, history, and personal experience.

LACS Network is honoured to share your experiences through art with the rest of the World .... Thank you.

We will be sharing more information about the Latin artists who participated shortly.

- Invitation: Award Nomination & Closure on Saturday 20 June 2020.

- Time: 6PM until late (10:30PM appx)

- Especial Guest : Hon Steve Georganas MP, Federal Member of Adelaide. To present Awards on behalf of LACS Network.

The Latin Arts Community Support - Lacs Network has organised the 2026 Refugee and Migrant Week Latin Arts Exhibition!♥️♥️♥️

LACS Network is celebrating together with The Australian Migrant Resource Centre (AMRC), the government, organisations and the South Australian Community the 2026 Refugee and Migrant Week.

- There will be a prize to the winner artist.

- Promoting the 2026 Refugee and Migrant Week.

- Celebrated for 40 years in Australia.

EVENT: Latin Arts Exhibition for 2026 Migrant & Refugee Week

WHEN: ONE WHOLE WEEK!
- From Saturday 13 June (inauguration).
- To: Saturday 20 June (closure).

PLACE: Mamacitas/Trypp Hotel - 266 Pulteney St, Adelaide SA 5000 - (08) 8100 4000
COST: FREE EVENT
PRIZE: Winner Artist will receive a prize.

- The Theme for 2026 is A MILLION STORIES – to honour all the voices, experiences, and positive contributions of refugees and migrants in all areas of society, that have built and helped shape our beautiful and wonderful Australia.

- So we call all Latin and Latin inspired Artists in our community to participate, and show your art pieces to the South Australian Community for one whole week at such elegant place as Mamacitas in Trypp Hotel.

· It will give you exposure and a chance to promote your art to the wider community.
