Update - Westpac outage

Westpac services were restored to normal early evening 10/12 allowing CBB to process all payroll processing as normal.

Thanks for everyones patience during this time

10/12/2025

You may have seen in the news that Westpac is currently experiencing a major outage affecting their banking platforms.

As our main processing account is with Westpac, this outage is impacting payroll processing today.

What this means for your staff:

• Beyond Bank card payments (Salary Packaging and Meal Entertainment cards) will continue to be processed, and staff will receive these funds later today.

• EFT and BPAY payments cannot currently be processed due to the Westpac outage. We will complete these payments as soon as services are restored.

We are closely monitoring the situation with Westpac and will process payments as soon as we are able.

Thank you for your understanding.
