Beyond Blindness Members dived into their first Escape Hunt adventure with the thrilling β€œGreat White Killer” escape room, and what a fantastic experience it turned out to be!πŸŒŠπŸ”’

One dedicated Member even travelled in from the country to join the group, making the day even more special. The Members were split into 2 groups to allow for better participation.

Once locked inside the shark-themed room, Members worked together to uncover clues, solve puzzles and beat the clock. ⏰ With the countdown ticking and the Great White shark looming in the story, the room was full of excitement, teamwork, laughter and encouragement.🦈

Members had great fun trying something new, and using their excellent memory, concentration and deduction skills to escape.πŸ’‘

We extend our sincere thanks to Escape Hunt Rundle Mall's Assistant Manager Emmanuel for making thoughtful modifications to the room, ensuring it was more tactile, accessible and engaging for Members who are blind or have low vision. πŸ™πŸ»

We also thank Manager Jack for his assistance and support with our booking. We thank both managers for helping make the experience very accessible for our Members.πŸ’™

At the end of the video a volunteer unlocks a wooden box and rings a bell. The door opens and all participants exit the escape room.

Thank you SO much for the visit. Our Members had a wonderful time. πŸ’™

Led by Member Engagement Officer Frank, this Gentle Chair Exercise warm-up is a new addition to our weekly Wednesday morning activities at Campbelltown. πŸ†•πŸͺ‘A little neck and shoulder rolling gets everyone moving, relaxed and limber for a fun session of games or crafts. 🎲🎨
