Meet Bonnie, a beautiful girl who has been in foster care since she was just four weeks old. During her time with us, she has made incredible progress and continues to grow in confidence every day.

Bonnie is a gentle and sweet-natured kitten who now enjoys soft pats and is learning to fully relax in the company of people she trusts. She particularly loves head scratches and bum scratches, and once she feels comfortable, her affectionate personality truly shines.

While Bonnie has come a long way, she still appreciates a calm and patient approach. She isn’t one to rush into new situations, but with a quiet voice, a few tasty treats, and the opportunity to approach on her own terms, she quickly begins to feel safe and secure.

Beneath her initially cautious nature is a playful, cheeky, and outgoing kitten who is ready to flourish in the right home. With patience, understanding, and love, Bonnie will continue to blossom into a confident and devoted companion.

We’re delighted to share that little Dandelion has successfully completed his two week quarantine period and has now been introduced to the kittens from Charlotte’s last litter - Birdie, Bonnie, and Bailey.

The introductions have gone wonderfully, with the kittens quickly forming a close bond. They spend their days playing, eating, and cuddling together, and it has been incredibly heartwarming to watch Dandelion settle in so beautifully with his new friends. Moments like these remind us why rescue work is so rewarding. 🐾💕

🐾 The beautiful Ohana 🐾

Ohana has been in our care for over two years and will celebrate her 3rd birthday at the beginning of August. While she is safe, happy, and dearly loved in her foster home, it breaks our hearts that she is still waiting for her forever family.

Ohana is a gentle and sensitive girl who can be quite anxious in new situations. She takes time to build trust and often seeks out quiet, safe spaces while she adjusts. However, with patience, understanding, and the right person, we truly believe Ohana will continue to grow in confidence and flourish in a loving home.

Ohana has feline asthma, which means she may require medication if she experiences a flare-up. Symptoms can include:
• Coughing
• Wheezing
• Rapid breathing
• Changes in behaviour

These symptoms can be effectively managed with veterinary care and medication when needed. Her condition does not define her, nor does it affect her ability to give and receive love.

Ohana may be a little extra special, but she deserves the same chance at happiness as every other cat. We know her perfect home is out there somewhere, and we would love to see this sweet girl finally find the forever family she has been waiting so patiently for.
