Grateful to everyone who showed up today to cheer me on, and to those who sent their support and good luck messages — it truly means a lot.

Every single one of you is part of this journey.

Finished 7th today in 32:39. The goal was sub-32, but the cold and wind made it a tough day out there. Still, I’m proud of the performance.

This is all part of the build up for Gold Coast Marathon 10km — the mission is to run
Sub-30 minutes. Entering the world-class zone.

Kitwek SA was well represented in last weekend's Taunet Nelel Gala Dinner, it was an exquisite experience.
The night was filled with great traditional performances which filled the hall with ecstasy.
We thank our members for attending the memorable night and also thank Taunet for the great hospitality.
