✨Last night we drew our raffle winners - Congratulations!✨

They each were able to choose the prize they most wanted because this raffle was about what mums REALLY want!

🎁We also had 3 winners of our giveaways who each won a $100 Yumborama voucher for helping to promote our fundraiser.

A beautiful afternoon spent celebrating the amazing women in our community. 🤍

Our Mamas High Tea at the Heritage Gardens Cafe was everything we could have hoped for. Between the bubbly, the decadent sweet treats, and the most incredible company, it was the perfect excuse to get together and simply enjoy each other's presence.

Carrying multiples is a wild, beautiful ride, but it also means our bodies are working in absolute overdrive. 🤍

For our mums of multiples community, pre-eclampsia awareness isn’t just another health topic—it’s a conversation we need to be having loudly. When you’re growing more than one baby, the risk of developing pre-eclampsia is significantly higher.

It is so easy to brush off symptoms like sudden swelling, headaches, or exhaustion as just "par for the course" with a multiples pregnancy. We are so used to being uncomfortable that it can be hard to tell what's normal and what's a red flag. But your health is the absolute foundation of your babies' health.

A few signs to never ignore:

‼️Severe headaches that won’t go away with medication
‼️Changes in your vision (blurriness, flashing lights, or dark spots)
‼️Sudden, severe swelling in your face, hands, or feet
‼️Pain in your upper belly, usually under your ribs on the right side
‼️Breathlessness or a sudden feeling of high anxiety

If something feels off, trust your gut. Go to the hospital, call your midwife, or see your OB to get your blood pressure checked. Never, ever worry about being an "inconvenience."

To our incredible community of mamas: check in on your pregnant friends. Ask them how they are really feeling. Let’s keep watching out for each other.

Recap: New Mums of Multiples Lunch! 🥂🍼

What a soul-filling day at Club Charlestown! We had nearly 15 incredible new mums of multiples join us for a few hours of much-needed connection.

It was a space where everyone just gets it. Whether you arrived feeling "done up" or with a shirt adorned with spit-up, you were welcome. No judgment, just support. 🤍

Hosted by volunteer parents of multiples, these sessions focus on offering practical tips and advice about life with more than one newborn. Questions and discussion is encouraged!
