HLNE Project Meeting in Kufstein, Austria

The recent HLNE project meeting in Kufstein brought together partners to discuss key developments in Healthy Lifestyle promotion and coaching. Over three productive days, the consortium focused on enhancing the Healthy Lifestyle Promoter and Coach courses, refining the Lifestyle Scan tool, and strengthening outreach and engagement strategies.

A special thank you to the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein for hosting the meeting and providing an excellent collaboration environment. A highlight of the event was the participation of university students, who presented onsite training sessions for Healthy Lifestyle Promoters, shared valuable insights, and led a promotional campaign. Their contributions added significant value to the discussions and demonstrated the practical application of the project's objectives.

The next steps include further refinement of project deliverables and the upcoming meeting in Vilnius in June 2025. The consortium remains committed to advancing Healthy Lifestyle education and promotion across Europe.

📣 SheCOACH Project meeting held in Murcia!

On 16th and 17th January 2025, the SheCOACH Project meeting convened in Murcia, Spain, for the first interim meeting, hosted by the Universidad de Murcia.

The meeting focused on monitoring the project's progress, evaluating achievements against key indicators, addressing risks, and discussing resource and budget allocation. Additionally, partners worked on planning the next phases of the project, including the piloting of the online capacity-building program and further development of the gender mainstreaming framework.

As the lead beneficiary for Work Package 4 , ENSE presented the initial plans for the Framework for Gender Mainstreaming in Coaching Education. This framework will integrate gender equality principles into coaching education, ensuring a systematic approach to promoting inclusivity in sports. ENSE outlined the proposed structure, methodologies, and timelines, setting the foundation for this essential project component.

The meeting also featured a tour of Murcia city center, providing an opportunity for partners to strengthen collaboration and build connections.

📢 The 17th ENSE Forum kicked off successfully!

Today marked the opening of the 17th ENSE Forum at the Sports University of Tirana, Albania, with the theme "Bridging Borders through Sport Education: The Euro-Balkan-Med Perspective." We were honored to welcome distinguished speakers and participants from across Europe and beyond, who joined us in exploring the power of sport education.

The day began with insightful keynotes on sports diplomacy, inclusivity, and the role of physical activity in well-being, highlighting how sport serves as a unifying force across the Euro-Med-Balkan region. Presentations focused on critical topics like dual careers in sports, social inclusion, gender equality, and innovative curriculum designs for physical education.
