One of the core offers are cultural & intercultural tools like intercultural trainings for all different types of customers. Furthermore we train career counsellors and trainers in the field of gender mainstreaming and give special support in ge...nder and diversity issues to trainers and counselors working in a multicultural environment. We also offer Train-the-Trainer courses for Trainers and co
aches with an emphasis on intercultural issues. Scientific research and projects in various fields dealing with culture, intercultural relations, corporate culture and cultural integration contribute to valuing and managing diversity. This national and international experiences we share in international projects in related fields. Among others we are involved in EU-funded projects in the field of Lifelong Learning.

• KREMET, a Grundtvig Workshop (2009/2010) focusing on creative methods in language learning
• “DISCRIMINATION AT WORK – Compendium for Career Counselors”, a Leonardo da Vinici – Learning Partnership (2008-2010) focusing on discrimination due to ethnic/culture, gender, health, sexual orientation and age (PL, SLO, IT, LT, EE, GR, AT)
• “K-LEARNING” a Grundvig Learning Partnership (2009-2011) focusing on “key competencies learning: different European approaches” like knowledge in mother tongue and learning to learn (IT, FR, CZ, BG, AT).
• “ASLECT" - Active Seniors Learn, Educate, Communicate and Transmit, a transversal mulitlateral project - KA4 (2010/2012), focusing on identifing a series of Good practices on Seniors Involvement in Education and Cultural life as well as on elaborating training materials aimed to help cultural professionals to work with seniors and developing educational activities with them and for them.
