Abstracts: One Submission, Three Ways to Win at
Poster or Science Flash - either way, submitting to the ÖGMBT Annual Meeting 2026 | FEMS Regional COLLAB & FEBS3+ Meeting pays off no matter where you are in your career.
• Early career scientists: This is your stage. Present your data to a European audience, get feedback that isn't just your PI raising an eyebrow, and build the kind of network that outlasts a single conference. Bonus: travel grants exist specifically so budget isn't the reason you sit this one out.
• Experienced scientists: Yes, you've presented before. But a Science Flash is your chance to pitch big ideas fast, spark collaborations across Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Czechia, and remind the field why you're still the one to watch. Mentoring the next generation starts with showing up.
• As an audience member: Even if you're not presenting, posters and flashes are where the real conversations happen - the unpolished, still-in-progress science that never makes it into a plenary slot. Come curious.

📅 Poster abstract deadline: August 5
Science doesn't advance in a vacuum. Submit, present, connect.
