I am not writing this book,
because I think I have all the answers.
I write it,
because I understood,
how many people want to love —
but struggle with a nervous system,
that never learned to feel truly safe.
Many relationships don’t fail because of a lack of love.
But about
that two people are trying at the same time to
to protect oneself,
while they actually only want closeness.
We learn early,
to be strong,
to adapt to us,
to function,
not to need too much.
And at some point we suddenly call survival a relationship.
„Me, you and a new us“
is therefore not just a book about relationships.
It is a journey through ourselves.
By embossing.
Through protective mechanisms.
By asking why proximity sometimes feels like struggle when we actually want connection.
A process of transformation.
Away from functioning.
Towards emotional security, awareness and a new us —
without losing yourself in the process.
Maybe relationship starts much earlier than we think.
Not just the other one.
But in us.
„Me, you and a new us“
coming soon.
