We are deeply saddened by the passing of Erich Seitter. Erich was not only a friend, but also the agent of Peter Edelmann, and he was always closely involved in everything that happened. From the very beginning — since the Otto Edelmann Singing Competition — he served as a jury member, and it is truly difficult to imagine the competition in the future without him. Without his comments, his anecdotes as a legendary artist agent who never lost his passion for music and opera, who had a profound love for lyrical voices, and whose humor, energy, and kind spirit inspired us all.
