We're hiring. 📣
We're looking for a Program & Events Manager to take ownership of our Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP) and help us run key events like the Startup World Cup Austria.

You'll manage the full ELP lifecycle: application and selection, onboarding ~70 fellows per cohort, weekly sessions, kickoff retreats, hackathon weekends, Demo Days. You'll be the main point of contact for fellows and alumni, and you'll use feedback and data to keep improving the program.

Beyond the ELP, you'll contribute to event formats that bring founders, investors, and ecosystem partners together.

What we're looking for:
→ Organized, proactive, and people-oriented personality
→ Experience in program, event, or community management
→ Genuine interest in startups and entrepreneurship
→ Fluent in English; German is a plus

Join the third edition of Investors Office Hours with Philipp Koenig (Capmont Technology).

Philipp is an investment manager at Capmont Technology, a €100M Munich-based fund investing in industrial tech across the DACH region.

At Capmont, he backs founders working on manufacturing efficiency, automation, robotics, and B2B infrastructure for European industry. Seed through Series B, initial tickets of €2–5M.

He's drawn to founders who know their domain cold. Engineers and operators who've seen the inefficiency from the inside and are now just fixing it.

After the investor session, our partner ECOVIS Austria will be available for informal questions on incorporation, accounting, ESOPs, valuations, and international structuring.

Exactly one week ago, over 150 founders came together at Wien Museum for the first { founders only }, part of ViennaUP (ViennaBusiness).

The day was all about Founder Health and Founder Wealth, topics we don't talk about often enough. And it showed what happens when you bring founders at the same stage together in one room: peers who get what it's like, sharing their experiences openly and honestly, and learning from each other.

The energy and atmosphere was something really special. Watch the recap video to get a glimpse. 🎥
