Financial confidence isn't just about numbers — it's about having a system you trust and a room where it's safe to ask questions.

That's what we try to build into every “She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women” session: practical tools, real structure, and a genuinely supportive space for women to learn without judgment.

Want to bring some of our workshops to your organization or community? Or would you like us to help you build a program within your own organization? Message or email us — we'd love to talk about collaborating.

When you fund or support a program for women's financial literacy, you're not just funding the women in the room. You're funding their partners, children, friends, and colleagues too.

60% of “She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women” participants say someone else in their life changed a financial habit or made a financial decision because of what they learned in the program.

This is reason #4 why financial literacy and economic empowerment matter for women — the impact multiplies far beyond the original participants.

We will do our best at the final pitch tomorrow, so we can start conversAtIons (yes, with a little AI support) about money in different languages and offer financial literacy to women with migration background in Austria. 🇦🇹🇷🇸🇭🇷🇧🇦🇭🇺🇬🇧...⁣⁣

Give one woman the right financial tools, and she quietly becomes the "finance friend" of her whole circle — the one people go to with their budgeting and investing questions.

That's the multiplier effect of investing in women's financial education: the knowledge doesn't stay contained. It moves through friend groups, workplaces, and communities.

This is exactly the kind of reach we aim for with "She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women" — and exactly why partners and sponsors matter to make it possible.

Want to bring some of our workshops to your organization or community? Or would you like us to help you build a program within your own organization? Send us a message or email — let's talk.

In Austria, women's pensions are on average around 38–40% lower than men's — one of the widest gaps in Europe, driven largely by part-time work and career breaks for care work. Closing that gap starts with women having an equal voice in financial decisions today.

After “She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women” 80% of participants say they now take a more active role in financial decision-making in their household.

This is reason #3 why financial literacy and economic empowerment matter for women — it's not just about today's budget, it's about long-term financial security.

Real learning doesn't stay in a workbook. It shows up in kitchen-table conversations about saving, goals, and investing.

This is one of the clearest signs a financial literacy program is working: participants don't just absorb the information — they become the ones teaching it to the people they love.

Information alone rarely changes behavior. Real financial education has to translate into what you actually do with your money.

93% of “She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women” participants started applying at least one new financial habit during the program — tracking spending, building a savings plan, starting to invest.

This is reason #2 why financial literacy and economic empowerment matter for women: it's not about learning theory, it's about changing real financial behavior for good.

Financial literacy doesn't stop at one generation. When a mother learns how to budget, she doesn't just change her own habits — she passes it on to her daughter, who will use it for the rest of her life.⁣
⁣
This is why we believe financial education for women is never just personal. It's generational.⁣
⁣
Prospera runs programs like “She Counts Financial Literacy Program for Women” to break that cycle for good — one woman, one family, one habit at a time.⁣
