🔥 145 households in Tumcha village of Humla now cook cleaner, breathe easier, and save hours every day — thanks to all our donors. 🙏

Your generosity is making a real difference in one of Nepal's most remote regions. With improved cooking stoves, families in Humla are breathing fresher air, women are saving hours once spent collecting firewood, and local forests are getting a much-needed break. 🌿

And we are not stopping here!

In the second phase, SWAN will distribute improved cooking stoves to the remaining 34 households — ensuring that every family in the community enjoys the same life-changing benefits.

Every contribution you made translated into healthier children, safer kitchens, and a more sustainable way of living high in the Himalayas. Together, we will reach all 179 households! 💪

"I was truly honored to attend the school handover program in remote Humla, Nepal in January.

Every child deserves a safe and dignified learning environment.

Through this project, we supported
-construction of school facilities, including clean water and toilets
-beneficaries 300+ students and teachers

This project serves a very remote and underserved community with limited access to basic facilities.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible, especially our Nepal partner, SWAN Nepal, for their dedication. I am deeply proud of all who contributed to this meaningful change."

🏃‍♀️ Benefizlauf für die Zukunft: Über 25.000 Euro für den Bau einer Schule in Nepal
⭐ Eine gemeinsame Aktion von Campingplatz und Schule, die verbindet – und Hoffnung schenkt

Wir ziehen ein Resümee und sagen nochmal ein ganz ♥️-liches DANKE an alle, die bei dieser Aktion dabei waren!

Beim Run & Walk des Europagymnasiums Baumgartenberg wurden im Juni 2025 über 25.000 Euro für unser Herzensprojekt SWAN Österreich und SWAN Nepal erlaufen – damit können wir in Humla/Nepal die Dewal Basic School in Tumcha bauen und mit neuen Räumen, einer Bibliothek, einem Computerraum und einer Solaranlage ausstatten – und schenken so über 200 Kindern die Chance auf Bildung und eine bessere Zukunft. 💙🏫 der Vertrag zwischen SWAN Österreich und SWAN Nepal zur Umsetzung des Projekts ist bereits unterzeichnet ✅💪
