As co-organizer, the GPF Global Club was proud to be part of the STRATEGIC ECONOMIC TALKS 2026 in Istria — two days full of inspiring conversations, international perspectives and meaningful networking.

The event was organized together with TPA Group and SEEBDN – Southeast Europe Business Development Network, alongside Strategic Partner MK Group and Premium Partners Aon, Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, Atradius and Kornfeld Industriebeteiligung und Beratung GmbH.

Together with high-ranking speakers and decision-makers such as Borut Pahor, former President of the Republic of Slovenia, Boris Tadić, former President of of the Republic of Serbia, and Igor Lukšić, former Prime Minister of Montenegro, participants discussed current economic developments, investment opportunities and the future of Southeast Europe.

Beyond the panels, there was plenty of time for personal exchange and networking — from conversations by the sea and on the golf course to relaxed dinners and sunny afternoons in Istria.

Diskussionsveranstaltung: Sicherheit schafft Wertschöpfung

Am 28. April 2026 lädt der GPF Global Club gemeinsam mit Magirus und dem Southeast Europe Business Development Network (SEEBDN) zu einem exklusiven Abend mit einem Kamingespräch mit Bundesministerin Klaudia Tanner sowie einer hochrangigen Podiumsdiskussion.

Der Abend beginnt mit Grußworten von Daniel Gros, Gründer GPF Global, Fritz Kaltenegger, CEO café+co und Vorstandsvorsitzender SEEBDN, sowie einem Impulsvortrag von Fatmir Veselaj, CEO Magirus Group.

Im Zentrum steht ein exklusives Kamingespräch mit Bundesministerin Klaudia Tanner, moderiert von Danielle Spera, Journalistin, Autorin und Kuratorin.

Im Anschluss folgt die Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema: „Zeitenwende der Industrie: Sicherheit als Treiber von Innovation und Wachstum“ mit Harald Vodosek, Generalleutnant & nationaler Rüstungsdirektor, Bundesministerium für Landesverteidigung, Peter Koren, Vize-Generalsekretär der Industriellenvereinigung (IV), und Fatmir Veselaj, CEO Magirus Group, moderiert von Rainer Nowak, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung „Die Presse“.

Ergänzt wird das Programm durch einen exklusiven Empfang mit Flying Dinner und Raum für persönlichen Austausch.
