Puentes de America Foundation, was established by an international group of profesionals in the areas of education, research, health, sciences and others. Taking as a principle objective the promotion of cultural relations and cooperation between North and South American countries and Argentina, we seek to create and facilitate opportunities in education, research, and community outrea
ch between all the nations. To successfully achieve this mission, the Foundation considers of vital importance the commitment of local businesses and the efforts of renowned institutions at home and abroad. The foundation's current action plans:
Plan for Education and Intercultural Exchange- opening doors to higher education here and abroad through training and international exams in English, in addition to providing university scholarships and intercultural exchanges. Plan for Preventive Health- developing innovative solutions to improve the welfare of the community and the most vulnerable social sectors. Promoting scientific research on issues that guarantee high impact results and broad applicability. Plan for Training in Higher Education- Strengthening higher education institutions in the country at the graduate and post graduate levels, through academic exchange, international visiting capacitors and professional training. Developing training programs and professional development, and training and certification. Plan for International Research- promoting research to bridge the gaps in science education that our province and country has with academia in their highest levels of knowledge. This includes, as a major focus area, technological development, the sciences and mathematics.
