Today, sustainability is no longer a choice but a responsibility. As our planet faces unprecedented environmental challenges, the decisions we make today will shape the world of tomorrow. More than ever, sustainability has become one of the defining priorities of our generation.

On July 30, PMI Armenia hosted another insightful Monthly Seminar, bringing together project professionals for an engaging discussion on one of today's most important topics—Sustainability in Project Management.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Shushan Khachatryan van Krimpen, PMI GPM Sustainability Ambassador Europe, who shared her extensive international experience in helping organizations transform ambitious sustainability goals into measurable results.

Throughout the session, Shushan explored the growing role of sustainability in modern project management, the evolving expectations of project professionals, and how project managers can become key drivers of sustainable transformation within their organizations. She also introduced the new PMI CSPP™ certification, highlighting the opportunities it offers professionals who aspire to lead projects with long-term environmental, social, and business impact.

A sincere thank you to Shushan Khachatryan van Krimpen for sharing her expertise and inspiring our community to embrace sustainability as a strategic responsibility and to build projects that create lasting value for organizations, society, and future generations.

🌍 From highways and bridges to airports, border crossing points, energy and water systems, some of the world’s most important infrastructure projects have one thing in common: FIDIC.

For more than a century, FIDIC has provided internationally recognized contract standards that have become the global benchmark for delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects. Today, FIDIC contracts are used in over 100 countries, promoting transparency, balanced risk allocation, effective contract administration, and collaboration between all project stakeholders.

📖 Yet FIDIC is far more than a set of contracts. It represents a philosophy of fair project management—helping prevent disputes, clarify responsibilities, and support successful project delivery from start to finish.

🇦🇲 As Armenia continues to modernize its infrastructure and implement projects financed by international partners, FIDIC is becoming increasingly relevant. More professionals across engineering, construction, project management, law, consulting, and the public sector are recognizing the importance of understanding this internationally accepted framework.

💡 Building modern infrastructure requires more than technical expertise—it requires a common language. For many of the world’s most successful projects, that language is FIDIC.

🟣Don’t miss our seminar on FIDIC on 29th of July!! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DPENQ3i5o/?mibextid=wwXIfr
