On 12 March, our President, who is also a PMI Construction Ambassador and the only professional so far in Armenia who holds PMI-CP certification, will deliver a keynote speech sharing key insights and lessons drawn from her 16 years of experience in large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.

This 24-hour global experience brings together seven PMI regions — APAC, South Asia, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, North America, and LATAM — each hosting interesting sessions at a local time. As the event moves west across time zones, it creates a unified global platform to elevate the voice and visibility of women shaping construction project delivery worldwide.

Our Monthly Seminars Are Back!

We are excited to announce the return of PMI Armenia’s Monthly Seminars, and we are kicking off the new season with a very special guest.

This time, we are happy to host our Project Manager of the Year 2025 — Hayk Simonyan, Founder and CEO of Doping Space and Doping Creative Agency.

With over 17 years of experience in strategic business management, communications, and brand development, Hayk has led a number of large-scale and highly complex projects across several industries, including some of the most unprecedented concert and event organizations in Armenia.

Through Doping Space, his mission is to bring world-class events to Armenia, host them on the country’s largest stages, and create experiences that elevate Armenia’s position on the international cultural tourism map. Alongside this, Doping Creative Agency develops creative frameworks, communication strategies, advertising campaigns, branding, and visual identities for various brands and initiatives.

Managing events of such magnitude requires exceptional coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate constant change.

During his seminar, Hayk will share his professional journey, the real challenges behind organizing massive live events, and the lessons learned from managing high-pressure, large-scale projects where every detail matters and every second counts.

If you are interested in project leadership, complex event management, and behind-the-scenes insights into Armenia’s biggest productions, this seminar will be truly inspiring.

Returning to our Roundtable Discussion that took place last month, we once again highlight the importance of this meaningful and impactful event.

The Roundtable brought together leaders from a diverse range of industries — including banking, development, IT, investment, NGOs, and government — to discuss the role of project management and its future development in Armenia, together with PMI President & CEO, Pierre Le Manh.

This was a unique opportunity for participants to engage directly with Pierre, exchange perspectives, and take part in group discussions and brainstorming sessions focused on solutions for strengthening project management practices across the country.

We extend our special gratitude to PMI Region Mentor Yuliya Zhevno for facilitating the discussion and for her valuable presence and support.
