✨Հաջողության պատմություն
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված և այժմ Հրազդանում բնակվող Ջրահարս Պետրոսյանը 2025 թվականին մասնակցել է ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող «Մարդու իրավունքները փախստականների հետ և նրանց համար» ծրագրի շրջանակում ՓՀԷԽ-ի կողմից կազմակերպված ինքնօգնության խմբին։
Մասնակցության ընթացքում նա մշակել է ձեռնարկատիրության պլանը, ստացել ֆինանսավորում և այժմ ունի կարուձևի ատելյե։
Ջրահարսի խոսքով՝ ինքնօգնության խմբում ձեռք բերած գիտելիքներն ու փորձը հիմք են դարձել հետագա հաջողությունների համար. «Ծրագրի շնորհիվ ես սկսել եմ չկոտրվել, անհաջողության ժամանակ չեմ հիասթափվում, շարունակում եմ դիմել այլ հնարավորությունների։ Ֆինանսական գրագիտությունս է բարձրացել, ավելի լավ եմ կատարում հաշվարկներս, ինքնավստահությունս է աճել։ Այս ծրագիրը առաջինն էր, որին մասնակցեցի և հենց այս ծրագրից է սկիզբ առել իմ հաջողությունների շղթան»,- նշում է նա։
Բիզնեսն այսօր կայուն գործում է Հրազդան քաղաքում։ Իսկ ծրագրից հետո փոխվել է նաև մոտեցումը զարգացման հանդեպ. եթե սկզբում փոքր բիզնեսն արդեն բավարար էր թվում, հիմա նպատակը շարունակական աճն է՝ նոր ուղղություններ, նոր հնարավորություններ։

Displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and currently residing in Hrazdan, Jrahars Petrosyan participated in 2025 in a self-help group organized by ERC in 2025 as part of the EU-funded project "Human Rights with and for Refugees."
During her participation, she developed her business plan, secured funding, and now runs an atelier.
According to Jrahars, the knowledge and experience gained in the self-help group became the foundation for her subsequent success:
"Thanks to the program, I stopped giving up. I don't get discouraged and keep applying for other opportunities. My financial literacy has improved, I manage my calculations better, and my self-confidence has grown. This was the first program I participated in, and it was the starting point of my chain of successes," she highlights.
Today, her business successfully operates in the town of Hrazdan. Following the program, her approach to growth has also evolved: while a small business initially seemed sufficient, her goal now is continuous growth and exploring new directions and opportunities.
"Human Rights for and with Refugees" project is implemented with the support of the European Union by Democracy Development Foundation, Estonian Refugee Council, Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women, and Commit Global.
The project focuses on empowering refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh by providing essential knowledge about their rights, addressing vulnerabilities, and improving access to user-friendly resources on their entitlements and opportunities.
